By accessing or using Chamber.Support, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
1. Use of the Platform
Chamber.Support provides chamber management software including member CRM, public websites, events, directory, and related tools. You may use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or data
- Upload malicious code, spam, or abusive content
- Resell or sublicense access without written permission
2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at support@chamber.support.
3. Subscriptions and Billing
Access to certain features requires a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
4. Your Content
You retain ownership of all content you upload to the platform. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and distribute it as necessary to provide the service. You represent that you have all rights necessary to grant this license.
5. Intellectual Property
The Chamber.Support platform, including its design, software, trademarks, and content, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform.
6. Uptime and Support
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We provide support via email during business hours. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the subscription at any time. Upon termination, your access will cease at the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free or that defects will be corrected.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chamber.Support shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes by email or platform notice.
